Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unopened condition. Due to the nature of hair extension products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
